🦌 Palosaari Reindeer Farm – Six Generations of Tradition
Founded in 1920, Palosaari Reindeer Farm has remained in the same family for over 100 years and six generations. The first building, "Old House", still stands and today serves as a cozy handicraft shop offering reindeer meat, hides, antlers and locally made crafts.

The farm opened to visitors in 1998, and today, Satu Palosaari and her husband Mika Lappalainen continue the work of Satu’s father Reino, combining reindeer husbandry, nature tourism and wellbeing programs on the same land.

Guests can explore reindeer life, ask questions, and experience real Finnish rural living – personal, peaceful and entirely authentic.
