Application Usage Registry

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The registry is used to manage existing customer relationships and provide services to individuals working in companies who may need them. Personal data is used to enable the functionality of the produced applications.

Content of the Registry

The registry contains customer information: customer name, address, phone number, and email address. These are necessary basic details for processing orders, invoicing, delivery, or responding to forms. The registry also stores information on customer order history, order processing, and possible product returns.

The registry contains only information about individuals who, due to their job and position, could potentially require our services. Visitor tracking services on websites collect the visitor's IP address, language, browser name, and resolution. Application-specific customer information may vary.

Regular Data Sources

The customer has provided the information stored in the registry for the controller's use when ordering products from the online store and/or registering as its customer, or alternatively by filling out a request for quotation, feedback, or newsletter subscription form. By using the application, the customer also accepts the collection of customer information to enable the application's functionality.

Regular Disclosures of Data

Registry data is used only for managing the controller's customer relationships and ensuring the functionality of applications, and is not disclosed to third parties.

Transfer of Data outside the EU or EEA

The controller does not transfer customer registry data outside the EU or EEA. For applications, third parties (such as application development platforms) are used, and the management of their data is the responsibility of these third parties themselves. These third parties may be located outside the EU or EEA.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that a web browser stores on a user's device. Cookies are used, for example, when user information needs to be retained as the user moves from one page of the internet service to another. The purpose of cookies on this site is to facilitate and expedite transactions by storing user browser information and shopping session identifiers.

Principles of Register Protection

The controller's site uses a secure https connection. All registry data is stored on secure servers and backed up elsewhere. Server security is always up to date, and only selected key individuals have access to the data, which requires logging into the system with a username and password.

Free and Demo Applications

The controller is not responsible for the functionalities of free and demo applications, as their purpose is to demonstrate the application to the customer.
