I SHOUT BALLS
1 kilo of skinless pike or other white fish, cut into pieces
3 tablespoons of milk or one and a half
1 protein
1 tsp white pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon ground dill
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg or nutmeg (optional)
1 tablespoon of potato starch (or corn starch)
DILL CREAM SAUCE
1 1/2 tablespoons of butter
2 1/2 tablespoons of flour
1 1/2 cups broth, fish, shellfish, vegetables, or chicken
Maggi spice to taste (optional)
Salt to taste
1/4 cup minced fresh dill
2 tablespoons of heavy cream
